Three people you'll work with. The principal who founded the practice; the accessibility lead who runs
every audit; the lived-experience advisor who closes the gap between testing and reality.
principal · gotomedia
Kelly Goto.
Founder & principal. 25 years of UX research.
Kelly founded gotomedia 25 years ago as a research-driven UX consultancy and built accessibility into
the foundation of the practice early. She has led inclusive-design research for enterprise clients
across healthcare, media, and consumer technology, and now leads go2accessibility as the practice that
puts disabled testers at the center of every engagement. Author, international speaker, and longtime
advocate for accessibility as the foundation of good design — not a feature added at the end.
accessibility lead
Sean Yo.
Accessibility lead. 15+ years of specialty practice.
Sean leads accessibility audits and the lived-experience testing program at go2accessibility. He
spent the last decade-plus running applied audit work across web, native app, kiosk, and transit
surfaces, and built the A11y App Review program — a multi-year body of recorded native-app
accessibility work with disabled testers that informs the methodology every engagement now uses.
An international speaker on accessibility for over a decade, Sean's practice sits where standards
work meets real assistive technology on the real product. The findings that change executive minds are
the ones he and the tester network surface together.
lived-experience advisor
Colin Wong.
Lived-experience advisor.
Colin is a disabled professional who uses assistive technology daily and advises go2accessibility on
testing methodology, findings interpretation, and the difference between a WCAG pass and a product
that's actually usable. His work helps shape how we recruit testers, how we frame findings for product
teams, and what we choose to put in front of clients first.
